the neclace and braclet are good quality. the gold chain part is kind of dark color of gold not bright and xhiny but other than that it is nice looking

So cute, but weight is off

This is the cutest necklace! My only complaint is that the gold chain half is so lightweight that the pearls always swing forward and I am constantly having to twist and adjust it throughout the day. Maybe if the gold chain was a little thicker/heavier it wouldn't do that :)

Can I return my jewelry on the off chance I don’t love it?

We offer exchanges and in-store credit within 30 days of original order on all Zaana products! We do not offer returns on Zaana Jewelry. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on exchanging them.

When can I expect my items?

All orders, except the Custom built, Personalized, and 14k Fine Collection, are prepared within 48h after the order confirmation date.

Do you offer shipping protection?

We partner with Corso, which replace lost, stolen, or damaged orders within 24 hours. The shipping carbon from your orders will be offset, which is part of our green initiative!
