Zaana Jewelrys Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 72 Hours. 

All orders, except the Custom built, Personalized, and 14k Fine Collection, are prepared within 48h after the order confirmation date. 

Custom Rings take 2-3 weeks after design is confirmed. 

Orders are processed and sent out weekdays / Monday - Friday. Saturdays and Sundays to do not count as business days. 

All USPS delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Due to the high demand during the Black Friday and Christmas period, many shipping companies are experiencing slight delivery delays. You will have access to all tracking information once your order is sent out from our shop. If your order hasn't been delivered in a reasonable amount of time or you spot any transportation issues please get in touch with us for assistance.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Table below is for estimation purposes - Actual rates will be calculated at checkout after address is provided.

1:2 Day Expedited Shipping will not count Saturdays or Sundays as business days as UPS does not count weekends as Business days. If orders ship out on Fridays with 2 day shipping the package should be delivered the following Tuesday.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number after the order has been processed.

Customer is responsible for correct shipping address. Zaana will not be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Zaana Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Zaana Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipments to non-USA countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. ZAANA JEWELRY is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs. 

Returns Policy

We offer exchanges and in-store credit within 30 days of original order on all Zaana products!

We do not offer returns on Zaana Jewelry.

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on exchanging them. 

All items must be sent to the address below. 

Exchanged products need to be unworn and must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. 

We can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customized these pieces especially for you.
