Eras Gemstone Bracelet Version 2
I ordered three of these for myself and my two friends, and I love the two that are correct, but sadly one of them, the gems are in the wrong order so I can't give them their gift before Christmas :(
Like it says in the title. Beautiful bracelet, but we ordered the V2 and they sent the V1. I’ve seen this as a regular problem people face, the V2 should be double sided with the gemstones but the one we got just has the gems on one side. Disappointing.
I think this bracelet is so cute!! My only complaint is that the Speak Now bead appears more like a light pink than any kind of purple.

Can I return my jewelry on the off chance I don’t love it?
We offer exchanges and in-store credit within 30 days of original order on all Zaana products! We do not offer returns on Zaana Jewelry. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on exchanging them.
When can I expect my items?
All orders, except the Custom built, Personalized, and 14k Fine Collection, are prepared within 48h after the order confirmation date.
Do you offer shipping protection?
We partner with Corso, which replace lost, stolen, or damaged orders within 24 hours. The shipping carbon from your orders will be offset, which is part of our green initiative!
