Can I return my jewelry on the off chance I don’t love it?
We offer exchanges and in-store credit within 30 days of original order on all Zaana products! We do not offer returns on Zaana Jewelry. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on exchanging them. We do not accept returns or exchanges for Zaana Fine if your order is customized.
When can I expect my items?
All orders, except the Custom built, Personalized, and 14k Fine Collection, are prepared within 48h after the order confirmation date.
Do you offer shipping protection?
We partner with Corso, which replace lost, stolen, or damaged orders within 24 hours. The shipping carbon from your orders will be offset, which is part of our green initiative!
